Enjoyed the spacious Superior Double or Twin Room with a decent view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to Jomtien Complex with lots of dining options. I had issues with room amenities. no coffee or tea supplies. The balcony lacked chairs, forcing me to borrow from the room. the shower pressure was quite weak at times, which affected my overall comfort. Despite these negatives, the room cleanliness was commendable, and daily housekeeping was efficient. The pool area needed some maintenance to enhance safety, as I noticed several broken slats.

The facilities are excessively dated!!! A/C doesn't regulate properly, causing discomfort!!! The pool area requires urgent repairs, and lift floors could use rubber mats to prevent slipping!!!

the towels here are so outdated, it’s a wonder they haven’t been declared antiques. Room was crammed, no space for my wardrobe! And the pool? Broken slats all over like a hazard course—absolutely charming. Lastly, wasn’t I special enough for a complimentary drink? Just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review.

The staff were very friendly, made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, and even surprised us with fresh pineapple juice during check-in! The view from our room was breathtaking, we had an ocean sight which made every early morning feel like a little paradise.

The price was high but I guess it’s what to expect for such a location.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but I wished for more elevator availability during peak times.

Had a blast with friends! The pool was nice, and we found a great spot for food poolside. We explored amazing places like Madame Nong Nooch's gardens and enjoyed some fun gaming online with bonuses. The location's close to the beach and restaurants made things easy. Staff were super helpful.
